The Clan Of The Blue Serpent is a group of Spartans who banned together to do mercenary work for the Spartan Referee Organization and other clients. They work as a team and coordinate their efforts to achieve their goals. Not much else is known about this team, not even the names of the members who simply go by their call signs.
