Most people, including his teammates, still wonder how he actually graduated from the academy. He failed most of his classes and lost in almost every combat situation. His only saving grace is his remarkable ability to throw grenades with amazing accuracy. He chooses to us a Sub-Machine Gun as his primary weapon only because of its lack of accuracy and dual-weld capability.
Leo is an annoying, untrained, and often times more a nuisance then a help in most combat situations. His attitudes and ideas are often misguided and completely wrong but he does make for a good laugh every now and then.
Director's Comments:
"Leo was originally designed off a friend of mine named Kevin. He's supposed to be a combination Grif and Caboose from RvB with a lot of Kevin thrown in. Unfortunately, the character and the Actor turned out to be a little too much a like and it became very hard to work with him and we were forced to recast him... several times..."
