Reburst is a true soldier. He graduated top of his class with high marks in weapons, vehicles, and marksmanship. After graduating he decided to stay behind at the academy and become a Spartan Referee. He became half of the Commander's most hated referee team, Team Zulu, along with his roommate Damone. Their official name is Zulu, but they would much rather be called Renegades, but no one knows why.
Reburst is now stationed on Waterworks, where he and Damone are supposed to watch over the teams fighting there. Instead they spend most of their time hazing each other and worshiping the Plasma Sword the Commander told them to guard with their lives.
